Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you use the contact form, RuknIT receives the company name, first and last name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you submit. Providing information is voluntary, but required fields are needed so we can receive and respond to the request.

The site and its security provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, request time and security signals used to protect the site from abuse.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide requested support, prepare service proposals, coordinate technical work, maintain service and security records, and protect the website and contact form.

We do not sell personal information or use contact-form data for unrelated advertising.

3. Cloudflare and Turnstile

The site uses Cloudflare for security, delivery and bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals needed to distinguish people from automated traffic; it does not receive the text entered in the contact form. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Policy.

The site stores language and accessibility preferences in your browser’s local storage. RuknIT does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

4. Storage, retention and sharing

Contact requests may be stored in email and support systems accessible to RuknIT personnel who need the information to respond. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service relationship, security, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate email, hosting, security or support systems, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, systems or users.

5. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion, where applicable. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal, security or record-keeping requirements. The Israeli Privacy Protection Authority provides information about privacy rights and duties at gov.il.
